You have always been prompt, very thorough, and courteous. From replacing the difficult bulb in that complicated fixture NO ONE can figure out how to disassemble, to repairing old light switches, to explaining how our old fluorescent light ballasts work, and don’t work – lol, and after repairing them, being sure to recycle the old bulbs! I especially appreciated your coming out at a moments’ notice to do the electrical hookup for our new advanced septic system. In this old house with its numerous electric panels, it’s been especially necessary to have a trusted pro to keep us safe!
